I have ordered my October 2020 Box and this was shipped on the 19th of Sept 2020, because of my country I had to take the "Surface Mail shipping" which leaves me waiting 60 - 90 days. I agreed and waited. Fast forward to 22nd December 2020 (94 Days later) I call our Post Office and they have not received the package so I leave it since it's near Christmas they are most probably busy and haven't got to it yet. on 8th Jan 2021 (108 days later) They have gone through their backlog and have not received my package. I log a fault with Tokyo Treat and their "Customer Service" informs me that everything is good on their side and they cannot do anything but wait to see if the package is returned to their warehouse. If I allow this then I basically have to wait another 90 days or more for them to even get this package, if this package was not picked up by someone and taken away or fell of truck, ship or whatever. I was informed that I will not get a refund, I just have to wait and then they blame covid again for the back log when my has dropped our high lockdown levels all the way back in September, which is why I placed the order. furthermore there is no tracking on Surface mail so I don't even know where my package is waiting for me which is extremely scary. There's no support from this company, I can't comment on the other shipping method but if its left to Surface mail I suggest you look elsewhere for your sweets. I will not be supporting this company again and I am extremely unhappy to wait more than 100 days with no end in sight for my package,
