i accidentaly subscribed 2 times because my internet was langging and my money got taken for the 2 subscribtions (12 mo) over 500 €.
I noticed right away and canceled one, it still got taken. I contacted customer service they said they don’t do refunds.
We found a solution but it‘s still frustrating over 1000€ got taken, it was my whole money to live from that month, i didnt have anything
