I bought a 3 month package for a friend who had recently traveled to Japan as a Christmas present not realizing it was a recurring subscription. Once I figured that out I canceled the subscription but they wouldn't refund my money even for unshipped boxes. I don't want the boxes I don't want store credit and but they said all they can do is continue to ship boxes or give me store credit.
