As a prepaid customer for a 3 month plan it was nice to know that my orders were being prioritized and would typically arrive on the 1st of the month. That being said I have still not received my August box, most likely due to my postal service or it being stolen off of my porch. On top of that, from my knowledge, you can only file inquiries 60 days after the supposed delivery date. I was excited to try this kind of thing, but now I'm left fairly disappointed.
