They would charge extra fees without informing customers first - they would tell you AFTER you inquire about it - and absolutely no refunds. My box was sent back for no fault of my own and TokyoTreat wants to charge me twice as much to ship my box that I have already paid for for reshipping.
This is not how you do business. TokyoTreat is horrendous.
