Very disapointed. I understand in light of the pandemic deliveries are taking longer but I have been waiting nearly 2 months for a box.
I was told to contact them after 23rd June for them ask for details of my address etc. Hoping this would get me somewhere they have now just asked me to wait again. And they expect me to just let them take a 3rd payment from my account when I havnet received the 2 boxes prior yet! Have had the box for the while now but if they do not resolve in the next few days I will cancel and use another service that cares about its customers.
