The service is horrible - their website says it takes 3-5 weeks for the box to arrive (which I thought was bad enough) but when I followed up (because my box hasn’t arrived even after 5 weeks), their response was that I shouldn’t worry because it now takes 60-90 days!!!! Incredible! I have received other packages from Japan within much shorter timeframe. I just saw others complaining about their incredibly bad service too. I wished I saw them before I ordered my box and wasted money....
