Their so called customer service is non existent. I haven't been happy with the last few boxes and have decided to cancel it. Well lo and behold I got charged for another 3 months! And when I reached out, they gave me a generic robotic response that they're sorry to see me go blah blah but not acknowledging that I wanted to cancel!! This company is a scam, avoid if you can unless you like wasting money on sample sized junk
