Wish I could give 0 stars. My box was supposedly sent out over 120 days ago, but has not arrived. Customer service kept telling me to wait 14, 30, 90, and 120 days. I filed a dispute with PayPal and TokyoTreat responded with a supposed tracking number, yet I did not pay for tracking and the tracking number shows up as invalid on both JapanPost and my local mail courier tracking service. Their joined site Tokyo Catch never gives me problems, but I'll never try Tokyo Treat again.
