The chocolates in all the boxes I’ve received are completely melted. They say they will add an extra item of equal value of the chocolates to my next box but never do. They said the melted chocolates aren’t their fault, because they can’t control shipping, and it’s a common occurrence... yet they still include chocolate during warm months?! I’ve asked to cancel my subscription but they refuse to do it. Also, right now you need to pay DHL shipping which is an extra $15 for me... for below quality products! Extremely dissatisfied!
