I have to say out of three boxes, I have been happy the majority of the time. Price is pretty good compared to other "premium" services and I enjoy that this one is strictly japanese. Delivery is always early for me and I haven't had to do a refund yet. Honestly, as a picky person, I've been overall happy and satisfied.
