MAJOR FLAWS in Customer Service and Customer Portal. It seems they intentionally built a low-grade portal to prevent customers from easily accessing important subscription & payment information.
At NO GIVEN TIME in the previous weeks/days did this company have the courtesy to provide their customers the OPPORTUNITY to review their subscription renewal, especially when charging another 12-months – and then to not consider some kind of refund is quite off-putting.
I was already charged extra for DHL services during COVID (though I had tried to decline), and did not complain about those charges.
Considering I replied within 24-hours of receiving payment confirmation of charges, I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service provided by this business.
