Its a fun idea and some of the treats are interesting, but their customer service is horrible. The value is over priced though as most of the things can be purchased cheaper elsewhere.
If you miss cancelling your subscription you're on the hook for the entire cost. Even if you reach out immediately, they will not pro-rate a refund. What's worse is once you create an account with them, you can never delete the account. Your information is there forever. I'd leave a better review if only they had better service.
