Wonderful service and great communication in dealing with Tom’s Outdoors. Firstly, Dom had to order my RAB Microlight Alpine Jacket from the UK. My jacket arrived only two weeks after I ordered it – fast service to say the least.
Unfortunately, I ordered the jacket in a size that was too big, so it needed to be returned (I’m in WA). The return process was both easy and flawless.
Perhaps more importantly, Dom and Chris are very knowledgeable, accommodating and great communicators. Highest praise for Tom’s Outdoors.
