“I have been buying my outdoor and fly fishing gear from Tom's for years, a big part of that is becuase I know if something goes wrong, I have a warranty issue or concern about delivery timeframes, I can contact them and they will take care of the issue no matter what it may be. That peace of mind is important to me and why I keep going back”
