Recent purchase of Snow Peak Pack and Carry Fireplace starter kit. Great price, arrived quickly Have not used it yet.
A few weeks before purchasing the fireplace, I had an issue with the elastic in tent poles- (tent previously purchased from Tom’s) and contacted for advice. I spoke with Chris who offered to send replacement elastic in the post or I could send them to Chris and he would replace. I opted to do the replacement myself. The elastic arrived in a day or so. You can’t get better service than that. That is why Tom’s is my favourite outdoor store.
