Purchased a pair of Lowa Rangers & Tibet. The service and advice was excellent as usual. The staff provided information that was very useful with significant product and application knowledge.
I will continue to purchase in the future as many other stores seem to lack product knowledge and are not particularly customer focused as all the staff at Tom's Outdoors (in store and via telephone).
