I recently stopped at Toms to purchase a rain jacket and after trying a few managed to take the wrong size to the counter. Unfortunately we where at the Vic border before the mistake was realised, no problems though, a quick call to the store to organise the return paperwork and a stop at the next post office saw the exchange underway before we got home. Excellent service.
