I had been looking online to purchase a women's Patagonia down jacket. However I needed to ask a few question before doing so. I called Tom's Outdoors and spoke to Kane. He was so helpful and so willing to assist with my queries. This is the second time I have needed to call to reassure myself I was purchasing the item that met my needs. The Patagonia Down Jacket is so light and warm and breathes really well. Along with this exceptional service I will certainly being purchasing more goods from Tom's outdoors.
