Dropped in to store on way across mountains, and purchased 450 mL doublewalled titanium mug with lid. Sitting in front of me now filled with hot lapsang souchong tea, made 1.5 hours ago. Mug works extremely well.
More importantly the time spent with me for such a small value purchase showed that all here know their stuff, and spend their non working hours doing the same thing we do, thinking of where and what they would rather be doing.
Somewhere on site they mentioned that their stock was curated, and it shows.
