what they are selling is very cheap stuff,possibly knock offs/counterfeits/fakes/defective(all of the products which they are selling have not been tested before sending it to the customer especially when talking about electronics,then to refund is a nightmare AS ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE ONLY ONE WAY)the only way to be able to get a refund is by contacting the bank and do a charge-back
