they are just pretending to be helping out the customer that is all that they do and nothing else,the truth of the fact,is that the customer is the one who is always losing out,the simple reason is that they have no intentions in refunding back the payment so they will stall on the customer until the customer eventually gives up and they keep the payment that is their MODUS OPERANDI
