satisfaction is not guaranteed especially when making so many mistakes on purpose and raising so many complaints among consumers and buyers alike,many buyers and consumers are complaining about not receiving their orders correctly/delivered to wrong address/marked as delivered when nothing has been received/and refunds so it raises many questions about the integrity of this platform and the seriousness of it's employees.In my humble opinion they do not deserve to be given even a single chance as they will mix things up and being sorry and apologizing for the inconveniences caused when in fact they are not even sorry at all,it is demonstrated that the only thing that they will deliver "is a lip service"just to shut mouths up and nothing else
