a promise is a promise however it is not kept and go back on their word this is what is meant by being phony this happens a lot in China where as once they accept the payment they can basically do whatever they wish to do without ever disclosing any further details they never ever look after their customers and only look after their sellers without any exceptions so that is their number one golden rule
