Terrible company, terrible service. Purchased electric skateboard for son xmas present. It is faulty. Tomtop have confirmed that it is faulty as I sent video as requested. A week later still no resolution. Apparantly I have to take it to local shop... which does not exist in the UK... perhaps they will pay for my flights 🤣😂
