Tomtop is a Scam Seller! Never trust them if you don't want loose money! I made a purchase from tomtop . com, received the products were not working, not as described, and useless, send emails, photos and videos to the seller as they requested, but did not workout, I requested for refund, they finally agree to agree refund after I send back the products back to them at my cost and they received the products. They give me the address in China was not a valid one as I checked, and the shipping cost will be much high than I paid for the products if I use UPS to send the products back to China. I tried to contact Paypal, but could not reach customer service due to Covid-19 pandemic. In summary, this is a scam seller, who sell useless trash as good products with high price to make money, but the buyer will loose money and time, and never get refund and will loose more money if you send it back at your cost.
