I got some wireless earphones from them. In less than a month they were faulty. The left piece was disfunctional and wouldn't charge. I wrote to them asking either for a replacement or money back. They asked for a video. Now tell me how you video an earpiece not charging??? I sent them a photo. Nothing heard...
