Warranty issues and BAD customer service. The twelve months warranty is a lie. Practically unused gimbal, when started using, went south in about two weeks. Just stopped mid recording, never turns on anymore.
Customer service, Steven, who I think is an algorithm, answers. Asks for video. I send him. He doesn't answer for a week, then tells me to do this and that. Item still won't work so I try to apply my warranty rights. It seems tho this Steven cannot comprehend the word.
They offer me 5$ as partial refund. From 66.. I say that's a joke. We work it up to 15, I keep telling Steven I want vouchers as I need a new gimbal and I'm willing to buy it from Tomtop.
Now we are back to square one. 5$ his offer again. After 15$ yesterday.
Tomtop is a SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN AU, an artificial UNintelligence. The item looks great, you can use it few times then it just stops and no money no gadget.
