First time purchasing from Toner Laser Cartridge for our clinic and will order from them again. Saw an ad on google, pricing for Samsung MLT116 toner was cheaper ($87.99 plus got 5% off as they have a summer 2022 promo code) than all other major competitors (Staples, Amazon, Walmart) and thought I'd give it a try. I was a little nervous at first as wasn't sure if it was a legitimate company as I did try contacting them via telephone number, left voicemail but no reply. Eventually, I did heard from someone and they explained shipment did not happen as I indicated we needed shipment on specific days and as a result, they held the shipment until the following Monday. We received the package by Monday afternoon. Very pleased with the products - original toners and will be ordering from them again as they are local small business vs Amazon. Hope this helps anyone interested in purchasing products from this company.
