Order was shipped out in very timely manner , but Purolator failed in delivering on time. Another toner cartridge was shipped out the following day and the seller was very polite, kind and very helpful He even offered to take back the second toner . I felt like I was being dealt with very personally and would recommend this seller ANY TIME
Absolutely trustworthy and a very pleasant seller including offering me to contact him and will take care if my second cartridge fails to work after a few years of storage .
