We could not been more satisfied with the process. We had unused toner catridges for printers we no longer had, and the ability to get paid for these without any cost to us was fantastic. We got a quote same day, printed the pre-paid shipping label, boxed up the toner and sent off to tonerconnect. We made 1 mistake when entering our order, and had an issue printing the order form, their customer service was responsive and resolved the issues within minutes.
