“I didn't know this company existed. We had some older unused toner cartridges that were going to go in the garbage. I wanted to see if there was a way to have them used and found toner connect. Their process was very easy and straight forward. We got the shipping label and dropped them off at UPS, the items were received in a couple days and inspection done in another day and check is on the way. Thanks for your service!”

“Very happy this company is here. I was told to throw away left over toner cartridges when the company changed their copiers. Now instead of these going to a landfill, I can get money back. That being said, they do drop the price or reject for any of the smallest reasons. Even if some were caused by shipping the toner to them. All in all I would definitely use them again.”
