Hi Justin, sorry you had less than a stellar experience with our service. Unfortunately the items we received were not as described, however this was not due to shipping damage. The reason is that a few items were actually models we do not accept. In addition there was 1 item that was opened, which unfortunately per our policy we cannot accept. These reasons were written in the inspection email sent to you the day after receiving your items. We offered to send you back all rejected items at no cost to you, however, we received no response.
