“Great customer service overall, and the team was easy to work with. That said, prices were a little low compared to other similar companies, also I did feel like they were very strict when it came to box inspections. Almost like the were looking for any and every little thing to take money away for. If everything wasn’t in near-perfect condition, a fairly large deduction was taken from the payout, which felt a bit excessive to me.”

“They seem very organized and are timely in getting estimates/offers sent out which is nice. However they down graded the condition on a couple items once they had received them. I understand they only want new condition items, but there is also a concern, it is very easy for them to decrease the off when they already have the items. May be a little sketchy.”
