“Very happy this company is here. I was told to throw away left over toner cartridges when the company changed their copiers. Now instead of these going to a landfill, I can get money back. That being said, they do drop the price or reject for any of the smallest reasons. Even if some were caused by shipping the toner to them. All in all I would definitely use them again.”
“Simple and easy process, one thing to keep in mind is the condition of the boxes you are sending in because if they get damaged in transit or they have some minor cosmetic marks it will be a reduction on the payout”
“Toner Connect is very user friendly and the turn around time is so quick!! Delivery was free. The price was very fair, but eventhough my toners were never even opened, my price got lowered by $9.00 each due to very minor scrapes and dings, so thats something to keep in mind. Besides that, I would definitely recommend using this company.”
“Very pleased to be able to get a bunch of unused toners out of my office and get a little money for them. I do wish that an old box that broke opened was not a reason to refuse an unused toner but better something that nothing. I would have felt terrible putting these things in the trash.”
