“They process items very quickly. It's a really good deal to get something for useless toner. They are picky about the package itself not just the contents, which may be perfect. They don't really spell that out at first. But inspections grade you on the box condition. All-in-all a good experience”

“This was my first experience with Toner Connect. Everyone that I talked to was super polite and the process was easy. The only issue I had was with the chat bot. I'm not sure if it was an actual person (Sarah) or not, but they would randomly stop responding to me which was very frustrating. This happened over a span of 3 days while inquiring about the payment pending for Paypal. Other than that, it was a pretty enjoyable experience.”

“This service allowed me to obtain some cash for toner from a printer we had to switch out. The toner was brand new, they downgraded the condition due to "tape damage' to "good" on the box which I didn't understand considering its unopened brand new, but nonetheless, it was better than a trash/ recycle for no cash value, so I appreciate the service and someone can use this toner. They are also throwing in $5 bonus for writing this review.”

“Overall it was a good experience. I was a little concerned when I got a message after I shipped that it was rejected. However they responded quickly to let me know it was a glitch in the system and everything was fine. I would definitely use toner connect again.”

“Easy to submit a request. Prepaid UPS is a plus! Payout is so little compare to the original price. Condition of the original, never opened box was great and it was about 1/4 of the original price.”

“Quick and Easy, wish they told you about the 72 hour time limit. A possible way would be to discount goods after 5 days or something like that.”

“The process is pretty simple and easy. I got a quick response back for my quote and they were persistent in making sure I followed through with my sending my order which I see as a positive because sometimes you need that accountability. Overall, it was a good experience, no real complaints.”

“They are fast at getting you quotes and the offers seem really fair. Only I don't like is the toner that comes in a box already, needs to be placed in another box. Seems a little weird but hey...”

“I love the service. They've always been pretty quick with me. A little slow around the holidays but that's to be expected. The one takeaway I have is they need more payment options. I like cash app or venmo.”
