“They process items very quickly. It's a really good deal to get something for useless toner. They are picky about the package itself not just the contents, which may be perfect. They don't really spell that out at first. But inspections grade you on the box condition. All-in-all a good experience”

“This was my first experience with Toner Connect. Everyone that I talked to was super polite and the process was easy. The only issue I had was with the chat bot. I'm not sure if it was an actual person (Sarah) or not, but they would randomly stop responding to me which was very frustrating. This happened over a span of 3 days while inquiring about the payment pending for Paypal. Other than that, it was a pretty enjoyable experience.”
“This service allowed me to obtain some cash for toner from a printer we had to switch out. The toner was brand new, they downgraded the condition due to "tape damage' to "good" on the box which I didn't understand considering its unopened brand new, but nonetheless, it was better than a trash/ recycle for no cash value, so I appreciate the service and someone can use this toner. They are also throwing in $5 bonus for writing this review.”
