“Very happy this company is here. I was told to throw away left over toner cartridges when the company changed their copiers. Now instead of these going to a landfill, I can get money back. That being said, they do drop the price or reject for any of the smallest reasons. Even if some were caused by shipping the toner to them. All in all I would definitely use them again.”
“Simple and easy process, one thing to keep in mind is the condition of the boxes you are sending in because if they get damaged in transit or they have some minor cosmetic marks it will be a reduction on the payout”
“Toner Connect is very user friendly and the turn around time is so quick!! Delivery was free. The price was very fair, but eventhough my toners were never even opened, my price got lowered by $9.00 each due to very minor scrapes and dings, so thats something to keep in mind. Besides that, I would definitely recommend using this company.”

“They process items very quickly. It's a really good deal to get something for useless toner. They are picky about the package itself not just the contents, which may be perfect. They don't really spell that out at first. But inspections grade you on the box condition. All-in-all a good experience”

“This was my first experience with Toner Connect. Everyone that I talked to was super polite and the process was easy. The only issue I had was with the chat bot. I'm not sure if it was an actual person (Sarah) or not, but they would randomly stop responding to me which was very frustrating. This happened over a span of 3 days while inquiring about the payment pending for Paypal. Other than that, it was a pretty enjoyable experience.”
