“I'm happy with how the process worked however it would have been nice if the shipping supplies would have been provided to make it super easy, that's the only reason I dropped it to 4 stars instead of 5.”

“I find it strange that some of the cartridges were broken. I had sold them to a customer, they had sat on a shelf for some time and I picked them up and sent them to you. I also buy HP toners from Essendant and sometimes they don't even put them in a outer box so sometimes the box is scratched or bent on the corners. Not a big deal”

“We were especially happy to hear that we didn't have to pay for shipping. The sale was quick and the inspection was quick, we had our old toners sold in two days which was excellent for us. It would have been nice to know we could negotiate the price before an offer was made, or if we had the ability to make an offer ourselves, but overall we had a positive experience with your service and would likely utilize it again.”

“It’s a very quick turnaround. I would have given 5 stars, but they said one of my boxes was damaged. Therefore they reduced my amount by $8. The box was in perfect condition.”
