We were especially happy to hear that we didn't have to pay for shipping. The sale was quick and the inspection was quick, we had our old toners sold in two days which was excellent for us. It would have been nice to know we could negotiate the price before an offer was made, or if we had the ability to make an offer ourselves, but overall we had a positive experience with your service and would likely utilize it again.
