“I'm hoping that the check I received today for $126, and not the $310 purchase order amount was made in error. It's 3pm here in California but their office closed at 2pm so I will have to wait till tomorrow to speak to someone. I took several pictures of the new toners in original boxes and even sealed in the original outer plastic as well. I was offered more by another toner company but I had already sent the product to Toner Connect. There was absolutely no reason I shouldn't have been paid for the toners.”

After thoroughly reviewing your shipment, we found that several of your toner cartridges had water damage on the side of the boxes. These damages weren't shown in the initial photos provided. “I have already shipped the toner yet I have not received payment yet through PayPal. I have asked multiple times on the website on the instant chat area where the money is and I've been ignored every time. The person just closes the chat every single time I ask or open it. So please let me know what's going on. Because it clearly states on ur website that I would be paid via PayPal in a few hours and now it's been over 4 days and I haven't gotten my payment. So your false advertising because I did my part and you have failed to do yours.
So please send me the money I am owed today

And now I'm dealing with my BUSINESS PayPal account, that I've had for 6 YEARS, being permanently limited due to finally accepting one of Toner Connects laughable offers - all this, just because I wanted to clear out some office storage space!
REVISED: You missed the part where I refunded said payment (before the cutoff date and with no prompting from you) and THEN my account was limited by PayPal.”

“I submitted an offer to you as I had in the past, and out of curiosity, I submitted a quote request to one of your competitors as well.
I received an offer from you first and accepted it, only to receive your competitors offer totally more than $1,000 over your offer.
In hindsight, I should have refunded your extremely low offer and went with your competitor but no, I accepted it and you paid, so I followed through.
After already losing more than a thousand by going with you I then receive a ridiculous message, with photos which I carefully reviewed, claiming that I ower YOU $164.00 over nothing more than normal shipping scuffs and indentations.
I commenced an online chat with regards to your demand that I pay you, only to be left extremely disappointed.
First, I missed out on receiving an actually fair offer of more than $1,000 above and beyond your offer. Then, to add insult to injury I receive a demand I refund you $164.00 of your extremely low offer.
There was nothing wrong with the toners sent to you. You can find the same indentations and scuff marks on toners on the shelves at Staples and elsewhere. I cannot be more disappointed and upset.”
