Horrible experience. Offers were very low and did not correspond to market supply. And now I'm dealing with my BUSINESS PayPal account, that I've had for 6 YEARS, being permanently limited due to finally accepting one of Toner Connects laughable offers - all this, just because I wanted to clear out some office storage space!
REVISED: You missed the part where I refunded said payment (before the cutoff date and with no prompting from you) and THEN my account was limited by PayPal.
