“I was happy with the chat experience and the customer service, which took care of a adjusting incorrect quantity on my toner entry. Instructions were helpful so that the whole process went quickly and efficiently. I am so happy to be able to put this valuable toner back out there for resale!”

“Very prompt with providing an offer for you to accept. I give 4 stars only because I feel a little more then 25% of the retail price especially if all packaging is in immaculate condition! And maybe another payment option not affiliated with PayPal! Highly recommend for anyone like myself that had stacks of toner laying around the office.”

“Everything was straight forward and so easy. I submitted my quote and had an offer immediately! If that's not enough, then they went above and beyond my expectations when they delivered my payment within an hour of accepting their offer!! If you want an honest, fast, and straightforward company to work with, Toner Connect is all of those things and so much more! It's the only choice you need to make!”

“So far everything in the process has been very easy and really fast. The website is clear and easy to understand and filling out the form and finding the toners u have was very user friendly! As soon as I accepted their offer (which was higher then I ever expected) they submitted paymeny via PayPal, before I even printed the shipping label! The only reason I didmt give them 5stars is because PayPal has placed a hold on my payment and I don't know if this is at the request of the company or something PayPal is doing but I have had the PayPal account since 2020 so it's not a new account and doesnt have any negative balances or transactions so technically even though toner connect paid, I'm yet to actually receive the funds and don't know how smooth this last bit of the process will go yet, but at the moment I'm very pleased with the process and the offer I was given :)”

“Every step of the way, they were very professional. They even have video instructions to help you sell your toner. Another buyer might have given me more for it, but it was worth it to me to have the peace of mind and have everything be nice and transparent.”

“Shoulder connect may not have been my highest bid, but they made it easier and push the funds into my account immediately. Unfortunately I was a little late sending my package. That's okay all is well I'm sure they'll be fine I would definitely use them again.”

“It was a good service, very easy and straightforward. There were only two things I did not like so much and that was the "inspection" aspect took a bit longer than expected and I was not given the entire amount that the offer had stated at the very beginning.”

“Overall I am happy with Toner Connect and your quick response. I was a little disappointed in your grading system. I uploaded pictures to show the condition before the bid and received a bid that we accepted, although low. Then the bid was reduced upon inspection. We feel this shouldn't have happened. We have been in the Printer Repair/Consumable business for over 24 years and we want our customers happy with the supplies we provide. We would never expect a customer to accept a damaged product at full price. Tiny dings or small scratches on the packaging are not considered damage...we are pretty picky ourselves so we grade accordingly. In the future, I will send more pictures of all sides to avoid any discrepancies. We realize you need to resell the product and want it in excellent condition.”

“Very easy and seamless to work with but don't get the value for your toner. They are upfront about how much will get but I thought once they saw the toner was unopened and brand new they would adjust the amount a little to make it at least 50% of the price online but it's just exactly what they say it will be before you ship so even if it is brand new unused you get money as if it is used in good condition.”
