“I’ve never used this services before so was alittle skeptical at first. After inputting my information, the process seemed seamless. I received my proposal price and that was updated after further review. I contacted customer service and they informed me the inspection was going to be done at 2PM. It was actually done before 11PM. I should receive payment same day. They were also honest about the products and indentfied I sent an extra toner. I recover an updated price for that and any errors on my end. All and all. I would recommend this service to anyone.”

“This is an easy process to sell your new unused toner cartridges. You will receive slightly less than eBay but with less hassles and they provide the shipping costs. I highly recommend that you try their service.”

“Overall it was a good experience. I was a little concerned when I got a message after I shipped that it was rejected. However they responded quickly to let me know it was a glitch in the system and everything was fine. I would definitely use toner connect again.”

“I had an extra brother RD-730 tonner drum I couldn't use. I offered it to Toner Connect, and they sent me $30 through Paypal. They even paid for shipping! Good customer service, too. Will definitely use their service again!”

“The sale of my toner cartages was easy and straight forward. The Tonner Connect team was responsive and provided regular updates through the process. My only comment is that Tonner Connect paid the shipping costs of sending in the toner cartages, but this was not clear as I was working through filling out the form.”
