“Great customer service overall, and the team was easy to work with. That said, prices were a little low compared to other similar companies, also I did feel like they were very strict when it came to box inspections. Almost like the were looking for any and every little thing to take money away for. If everything wasn’t in near-perfect condition, a fairly large deduction was taken from the payout, which felt a bit excessive to me.”

“Have to say I'm pretty impressed. They found the value of what I sent was higher then I estimated and gave me an additional credit. Can't beat that level of customer service and honesty. Will use again.”

“Toner Connect is so easy to work with. This is my first time doing business with them and the process was quick and easy. If there is a any discrepancies, they will explain to you what is wrong along with pictures to support it. Will definitely do business with them again!”
