I find it strange that some of the cartridges were broken. I had sold them to a customer, they had sat on a shelf for some time and I picked them up and sent them to you. I also buy HP toners from Essendant and sometimes they don't even put them in a outer box so sometimes the box is scratched or bent on the corners. Not a big deal
