Very easy and seamless to work with but don't get the value for your toner. They are upfront about how much will get but I thought once they saw the toner was unopened and brand new they would adjust the amount a little to make it at least 50% of the price online but it's just exactly what they say it will be before you ship so even if it is brand new unused you get money as if it is used in good condition.
