Overall I am happy with Toner Connect and your quick response. I was a little disappointed in your grading system. I uploaded pictures to show the condition before the bid and received a bid that we accepted, although low. Then the bid was reduced upon inspection. We feel this shouldn't have happened. We have been in the Printer Repair/Consumable business for over 24 years and we want our customers happy with the supplies we provide. We would never expect a customer to accept a damaged product at full price. Tiny dings or small scratches on the packaging are not considered damage...we are pretty picky ourselves so we grade accordingly. In the future, I will send more pictures of all sides to avoid any discrepancies. We realize you need to resell the product and want it in excellent condition.
