Very straight forward and simple process. I sent a list of my products to 6 different companies advertising to buy surplus toner cartridges and Toner Connect came back with the best price the first time. A couple of the other companies after submitting a bid, came back wanting a counter offer, so after a couple back and forths of haggling two other companies were finally able to match his price. I didn't have time and didn't appreciate having to haggle over some toner cartridges, so I gladly went with toner connect who offer the best price the first time. I accepted and shipped them out the same day, and to my surprise I had already been paid in my PayPal account. It was the smooth transaction and I will gladly do business with Toner Connect again.
