Wow! I am so impresses with TLC. I ordered a cartridge 2.5 months ago and just today got around to installing it. As it turned out, TLC sent me the wrong part. My thought was, "this was an on-line purchase two months ago I am out of luck." Nope! I called customer service and described the issue and a new cartridge is being sent out to me immediately. They even offered next day air at no charge, which I declined because I don't need it that urgently. I am super impressed with with how TLC responded and count me as a customer for life. Great job folks!
