“purchased the TN229 and i'm having major issues with them. First hard to install and after installment it keeps giving me a Toner error even though they are showing up on the printer. I cannot use my printer it will not allow me to print any thing. i call TLC the first and had someone help me install cartridge. called the second time for the Toner error and on one called me back.”

“In the middle of a job that had to be done by the next day, my copier ran out out of toner toner so quickly I couldn't have foreseen it. So I called TLC and had it over-nighted for only $35 and it showed up the next day on time and I finished the job in time. Thanks TLC!”
