“The box came damaged and the cartridge wasn't secured. It was not in the original packaging - the toner opened and everything was covered with toner dust. It was advertised as new. I was completly out so I cleaned it up the best I could and am using it. Pretty hard to determine how much toner was lost in the process.”

“I call TLC when I need toner overnighted to our business. They have always been quick and friendly. My only issue is that my last order (Thursday, 8/8/24) was supposed to be overnight delivery and paid the expedited shipping fee. However, I did not receive my order until (Monday, 8/12/24).”
