“This was my first time doing buisiness with TLC. I ordered (and paid for) Clover remanufactured color laser cartridges. However, what was shipped to me was the cheap after-market cartridges. It felt like a bait-and-switch. I did reach out to customer service and it was acknowleged that the wrong product was shipped to me. So we are in the process of getting this resolved. An RMA label has been issued to me to return the cartridges I received. And the Clover cartridges are now on back-order and will be shipped to me once they are back in stock.”
