“The incorrect toner was sent for my order. Upon contacting Customer Service, the error was corrected; however, I'm still waiting for the TN210 Magenta toner cartridge.”

“The ink required too much cleaning. I must have had to clean 15 times before the black was printing properly on the test print. I might have used the whole cartridge.”
